Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant - Client-Facing (USA)

FlatRate Bookkeeping | Remote, US-based | Full-time

We're hiring a seasoned US bookkeeper/accountant who's confident in front of clients and rock-solid on the books.

What you'll do
---
Categorization — clean, accurate transaction coding across multiple clients
Reconciliations — bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts, monthly
Reports — produce and walk clients through monthly financial packages

You must have
---
5+ years US bookkeeping/accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks Online chops
Excellent client communication — calm, clear, professional on email, calls, and video
US-based, eligible to work in the US


Nice to have
CPA, EA, or CB credential
Multi-entity / multi-industry experience
Comfort with modern tools (Plaid feeds, AI assistants, web apps)
