Real Estate Support assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. We are a backend support system that helps real estate agents scale their business by handling their client communication, follow-up systems, and data collection. This role is critical for delivering consistent, high-quality marketing and client touchpoints for multiple real estate clients. You will work closely with an Account Manager to create daily marketing materials, manage client deliverables, and ensure all communications are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Collecting data for clients on a weekly basis, and producing material for clients representing said Data
Create and design marketing materials using Canva (listing posts, email graphics, social media content, etc.)
Prepare and manage email campaigns for real estate agents’ sphere of influence
Assist with listing marketing (new listings, price reductions, updates, just sold announcements)Build and maintain templated systems for repeatable client marketing
Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Ensure all content is accurate, polished, and aligned with client branding
Support ongoing client communication campaigns and touchpoints
Work directly with an Account Manager to execute daily tasks efficiently
Requirements:
experience with Canva / google docs
Basic graphic design skills (layout, spacing, typography, branding consistency)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written English (for emails and marketing content)
Ability to follow systems and processes
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks/clients
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Experience in real estate marketing (preferred but not required)
