Senior Video Editor — Founder Personal Brand Content (Monthly Retainer)

I'm an 18-year-old founder building a tech company launching in 6 markets in June 2026. I need a senior video editor as a long-term retainer to handle all my personal brand content.

THE WORK
- 8-12 short-form clips per week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- 1-2 long-form videos per month for YouTube
- I send you raw founder footage (talking head, walk-and-talk, behind-the-scenes)
- You return platform-ready edits with captions, cuts, motion graphics, music
- Turnaround: 48 hours per batch
- Delivery via shared Google Drive

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio in short-form social (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Adobe Premiere Pro OR DaVinci Resolve proficiency
- Strong English communication
- Reliable async work ethic (we won't be on the same timezone)
- Can match a clean, premium, calm aesthetic (think Whoop / Oura brand style — NOT loud meme edits)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a pre-revenue tech startup approaching public launch. Starting budget is fixed but the role grows with the company — as revenue ramps post-launch, compensation increases meaningfully. This is built for someone who wants long-term partnership, not one-off project work.
