Job Title: Cold Caller — Lead Generation Agency (EST Hours | US Clients)

About the Role
We are a US-based lead generation and digital marketing agency that runs Meta and Google ad campaigns for home service contractors across the United States — roofers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, remodelers, and more. We generate inbound leads and book appointments for our clients on autopilot.
We are hiring cold callers to reach out to contractors and get them interested in our lead generation service. Your only job is to qualify the prospect and book them onto a call with our closer. You do not pitch price. You do not close deals. You book calls.
You will be trained by our team leader who handles all closing calls.

What You'll Be Doing
    •    Cold calling home service contractors in the United States
    •    Following a proven script to qualify prospects
    •    Booking interested contractors onto a call with our closer
    •    Logging calls and appointments in our CRM daily

Requirements
    •    Excellent American accent — this is non-negotiable
    •    Previous cold calling or sales experience required
    •    Confident, professional phone presence
    •    Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
    •    Available Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
    •    Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent on the phones
    •    Coachable — you will follow the script, not freestyle

Compensation
    •    Base pay + performance bonus per booked appointment
