Gemini Primary Care is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Medical Assistant to support our growing primary care practice.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming patient phone calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Process and send specialist referrals
Submit and follow up on prior authorizations
Communicate lab results to patients under physician guidance
Maintain accurate documentation and patient communication
Patient insurance verification

Qualifications:

Previous medical assistant or medical office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance workflows
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Comfortable working remotely

Position Details:
