We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Agent who enjoys building strong connections, uncovering opportunities, and turning leads into long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
• Take full ownership of the CRM, manage, update, and nurture all leads
• Prospect daily through calls, texts,
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries to maximize conversions
• Qualify leads, understand client needs, and set appointments for agents
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with professionalism and persistence
• Track and improve conversion rates while meeting performance targets
• Contribute to team growth by strengthening client relationships
Work Schedule
• Follows EST or PST hours (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Schedule may vary based on business needs
Qualifications
Required:
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, call centers, or similar roles
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive

• 16 GB RAM (recommended)

Compensation & Benefits
