Full-Time Video Editor for Marketing Agency ($1,500/Month)

Hey, I'm Amine, founder of Fuelr Growth. We're a paid acquisition agency that installs client acquisition systems for admissions consultants, we help them book qualified sales calls with their ideal students through Meta Ads. I'm hiring my first full-time video editor to own all of our video output going forward.

This is a real full-time role, 40+ hours a week, working only with me and Fuelr. Not a side gig. Not a "I'll squeeze your edits in between my three other clients" situation. If you can't commit to actual full-time hours, please don't apply. I'll figure out within the first week or two if you're double-dipping, and we'll part ways immediately, no second chances on this one.

What you'll be editing:

- Instagram Reels for my personal brand, short-form, hook-driven, with captions, B-roll, and pattern interrupts. Reference style is here, ----------

- VSLs (video sales letters), 8 to 12 minutes. Reference videos in this folder: ----------

- Meta ad creatives, UGC-style, hook-led, fast-paced, captions burned in, ready to upload directly to ads manager

- YouTube videos, polished long-form talking-head with B-roll, lower thirds, chapter markers

- Occasional client-facing assets like case study videos and testimonials

Must have:

- 2+ years editing short-form social content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and at least some long-form work
- A portfolio I can actually watch, with at least 3 reels and 1 long-form piece
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, comfortable with After Effects for motion graphics
- Strong instinct for pacing, you know when to cut, when to hold, when to pattern-interrupt, without me telling you
- Ability to take a raw recording and ship a finished reel without hand-holding
- Solid English for caption accuracy and async communication
- Reliable internet and a machine that can handle 4K footage without crashing

Hours and workflow: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with Dubai time (GMT+4) for reviews and syncs.

Tools we'll use, Premiere Pro, After Effects, ---------- for reviews, Google Drive for storage, Slack for daily comms.

Pay:

$1,500 USD per month, paid via Wise or your preferred channel. Performance review at 60 days. If output quality and reliability are where I need them, raise is on the table.
