We are a growing brand scaling aggressively in the UK and USA and we're looking for someone to grow with us long-term, not a short-term hire. We're looking for a talented, driven specialist to take full ownership of our retention marketing channels and website merchandising as we expand.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a full-time, fully remote position for an experienced
Personalisation is at the heart of what we sell — and it should be at the heart of how we market. We want someone who understands how to use customer data, segmentation, and tailored messaging to create marketing that feels relevant and personal to every customer.
This is a high-ownership role — you will not just execute campaigns, you will own the strategy, the calendar, the segmentation, the design, and the results. You need to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor.
You will report directly to the founders, giving you real influence and direct access to decision-makers from day one.

HOURS & COMPENSATION
Hours: Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional Saturday work.
Salary: $4–$6 per hour, depending on experience.
This role operates on UK hours (GMT). During probation and onboarding, we will require some overlap with UK working hours for training and catch-ups. Once established, and given the independent nature of the role, full overlap is not required — we trust you to manage your time and deliver results.

PROBATION & ONBOARDING
This role includes a 3-month probation period. During this time, either party may end the arrangement at any time. We use this period to ensure it's the right fit on both sides before moving to a permanent full-time arrangement.
We also understand that onboarding takes time. For the first 3 months, we will start at 2 hours per day and gradually increase your hours based on your performance and progression. Our expectation is that a strong candidate will naturally grow into the full-time role as they get up to speed with our brand, tools, and ways of working.

• Stay ahead of Klaviyo's evolving AI capabilities — we will be integrating tools such as Klaviyo's forthcoming Composer AI into our workflow as they become available, and we expect this person to adopt and champion them to continually raise the quality of our output
SMS Marketing (Klaviyo)
• Build and manage all SMS flows and campaigns within Klaviyo
• Develop a clear SMS strategy that complements the
• Write concise, compelling SMS copy that drives engagement and revenue
• Ensure SMS compliance across UK and USA markets
• Track SMS performance and continuously optimise based on data
WhatsApp Marketing (GoKwik) - previous experience with GoKwik is NOT essential
• Manage all WhatsApp marketing activity through GoKwik
• Build WhatsApp flows and campaigns for key customer
• Craft personalised, conversational WhatsApp messages appropriate to the channel
• Monitor performance and optimise WhatsApp campaigns and automations
Strategy & Planning
• Develop a comprehensive, joined-up retention marketing strategy across
• Build and maintain a structured marketing calendar that aligns all channels to product launches, seasonal
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
• Report regularly on channel performance with clear insights and recommendations
Customer Segmentation
• Build and maintain deep, sophisticated customer segments based on purchase behaviour, product affinity, engagement levels, lifetime value, geography (UK vs USA), and other relevant attributes
• Use segmentation to drive personalisation across all three channels
• Continuously refine segments as the customer base grows and evolves
• Identify high-value customer cohorts and develop targeted strategies to retain and grow them
Website Merchandising (Shopify)
• Take ownership of the day-to-day commercial presentation of our Shopify store
• Manage seasonal updates to collections, product ordering, homepage banners, and featured products
• Ensure the website always reflects current stock availability, promotions, and campaigns
• Update product descriptions, imagery, and metadata as needed
• Collaborate on new product launches to ensure smooth, well-presented additions to the store
• Monitor site performance from a merchandising perspective and recommend improvements to enhance conversion

REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• Proven, hands-on experience with Klaviyo — you must be highly proficient in building flows, campaigns, and segments
• Demonstrable experience managing SMS marketing within Klaviyo
• Strong WhatsApp marketing experience
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva — you must be able to design polished, on-brand
• Excellent understanding of
• Strong copywriting skills — able to write compelling, brand-appropriate copy for
• Experience with Shopify, including product management and collection merchandising
• Proven ability to build and execute retention marketing strategies, not just manage day-to-day sends
• Excellent analytical skills — comfortable pulling data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent written English — native or near-native fluency required
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple channels and priorities simultaneously
• Self-sufficient and proactive — able to take ownership, work independently, and deliver without hand-holding
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work consistent full-time hours
Preferred
• Previous experience working with a fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle e-commerce brand
• Understanding of UK and USA market dynamics and consumer behaviour
• Experience with personalised product marketing
• Familiarity with Shopify apps and the broader e-commerce tech stack
