JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Graphic Designer for social media posts, stories and static ads. Design is the priority — clean, on-brand visuals that look like a real brand made them, not a Canva template. Posting and scheduling is secondary but part of the role. Long-term position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design daily and weekly social content for Instagram (feed + stories) and X (Twitter) — static graphics, story templates, simple motion or short video
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across every post — colors, typography, layout, tone
- Use AI image and video tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT Image, Nano Banana, Sora, Runway, etc.) where they speed up production without sacrificing polish
- Write captions and short copy in clean English
- Post and schedule content across IG and X — daily, consistent cadence
- Report basic performance (impressions, engagement, what's working, what's not)

REQUIRED
- Portfolio of real, polished design work — required to apply
- Strong proficiency in real design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
- Sharp visual eye — color, typography, layout, hierarchy, white space
- Experience using AI image / video tools in a professional design workflow
- 1+ years of professional design experience (in-house, agency, or serious freelance)
- Some experience posting to social — IG, X, or TikTok
- Strong written English
- Reliable, self-driven, can work independently with minimal supervision

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
- Brand identity work (logos, style guides)
- Experience in trading, prop firms, fintech, or other finance-adjacent verticals
- Copywriting beyond social — email, landing pages
