We’re Hiring! Billing and Payroll Manager
Remote (Philippines) | Full-Time | Long-Term
Monday–Friday
Schedule: Monday–Friday CST Business Hours with occasional after-hours payroll support as needed
Compensation: Starts at $7/hour (Competitive pay based on experience/Opportunities for growth within the organization)

Key Responsibilities
Billing & Revenue Cycle Management
Manage all client billing processes within WellSky
Generate, review, and submit Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance invoices
Send care logs, timesheets, and supporting documentation to LTC companies
Follow up on unpaid claims, outstanding invoices, and billing discrepancies
Monitor authorizations, service hours, and client balances
Reconcile billing reports and ensure accuracy of accounts receivable
Coordinate with clients, families, and insurance providers regarding billing questions
Maintain organized billing records and documentation

Payroll Administration
Process weekly/biweekly caregiver payroll accurately and on time
Manage payroll systems including Paycor and Payactiv
Review caregiver hours, EVV records, overtime, and missed punches
Resolve payroll discrepancies and caregiver pay issues
Assist caregivers with Payactiv enrollment and payroll-related questions
Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed

Administrative & Compliance Duties
Maintain employee and client paperwork, files, and compliance documentation
Assist with onboarding paperwork and employment verifications
Track required caregiver credentials, certifications, and renewals
Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information
Support office operations and communication with remote team members
Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready

Systems & Software
Daily use of:
WellSky
Paycor
Payactiv
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
EVV systems
LTC portals and billing platforms

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of home care billing and payroll experience preferred
Strong knowledge of WellSky required
Experience with LTC insurance billing and care log submissions
Familiarity with Paycor and Payactiv preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient computer and data entry skills
