I run a feminine relationship and personal growth brand for high achieving women who desire deeply loving, emotionally safe relationships.

Our brand blends:
romance, nervous system work, emotional intelligence, femininity, holistic wellness, and modern relationship dynamics.

We are growing quickly and are looking for someone to help expand the brand through aligned visibility opportunities, strategic partnerships, podcast features, retreat collaborations, guest teaching opportunities, and feminine/lifestyle brand partnerships.

This is not traditional corporate PR.

I’m looking for someone relational, proactive, strategic, organized, and deeply aligned with feminine, wellness, beauty, luxury, and personal growth spaces.

What You’ll Help With

Podcast Outreach

• Research aligned podcasts
• Pitch me for guest appearances
• Build relationships with hosts
• Track outreach and follow ups
• Help position talking points/topics

Retreat + Speaking Opportunities

• Find aligned retreat facilitator opportunities
• Pitch guest workshop ideas
• Find mastermind/program collaborations
• Secure guest teaching opportunities inside memberships or group programs

Brand Partnerships + PR

• Build relationships with feminine/lifestyle/wellness brands
• Pitch collaboration opportunities
• Outreach to clothing, beauty, wellness, and holistic brands
• Coordinate gifting/collabs/affiliate opportunities
• Research aligned PR opportunities

Relationship + Partnership Management

• Maintain partnership database
• Manage follow ups and communication
• Organize media opportunities
• Help nurture long term relationships and collaborations

Skills Required

• Outreach or PR experience
• Relationship management skills

• Understanding of personal brands/social media

• Wellness/luxury/feminine brand experience
• Kajabi or creator industry familiarity
• Influencer/affiliate partnership experience

• Comfortable working with a brand based in Portugal (Lisbon timezone)
