## About the Role
We are looking for a high-level AI Video Editor / Creative who understands direct response advertising, premium product cinematography, and fast-paced content production.
This role is not purely AI-generated content. While AI-generated b-roll and AI workflows will be used at the start to increase speed and scale, our long-term expectation is that concepts will typically contain only around 10–20% AI-generated footage, with the remaining majority being traditional high-quality b-roll, stock integration, motion graphics, editing, and polished ad creative techniques.
We expect 3–4 strong concepts per day, including revisions and iteration based on feedback. Speed matters, but realism, conversion quality, pacing, and attention to detail matter more.
You should understand how to create ads that feel premium, believable, emotionally engaging, and performance-driven — not generic “AI-looking” content.
## Key Responsibilities
### Daily Concept Production
Produce 3–4 ad concepts daily ranging from 60–200 seconds, including revisions and improvements based on feedback.
### AI-Assisted Product Cinematography
Generate ultra-realistic AI product b-roll when needed, including clean lighting, realistic textures, cinematic camera movement, and seamless integration into real-world edits.
### Traditional Editing & B-Roll Integration
Work heavily with real footage, stock footage, motion design, pacing, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and conversion-focused editing techniques to create polished final ads.
### AI Character & Voice Integration
Create and manage realistic AI talking characters, lip-syncing, voiceovers, and emotional delivery when required.
### End-to-End Post Production
Handle scripting support, prompting, editing, upscaling, sound design, color grading, pacing, revisions, and final export delivery.

## Requirements
### Speed & Efficiency
You must be capable of turning concepts into polished deliverables quickly while maintaining quality and realism.
### Understanding of Advertising
You should understand engaging shots, pacing, hooks, retention editing, emotional storytelling, and what makes ads convert.
### Attention to Detail
You must be able to identify and fix bad AI outputs, unrealistic movement, awkward lip-syncing, poor lighting, incorrect accents, unnatural emotion, or low-quality visual details.
### Strong English & Audio Awareness
Do not apply if you cannot clearly distinguish between British and American accents, create emotionally accurate AI voiceovers, or direct voice delivery properly.
### Work Ethic & Communication
Communication, reliability, speed, and consistency are critical. This is a high-performance environment with high expectations.
