Virtual Assistant for Short-Term Rental Company

We are hiring a highly reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the night operations of a growing short-term rental (Airbnb) portfolio across the United States.

This is a full-time, long-term operations role for someone who can work independently, think critically, and manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and backend coordination across multiple systems.

Work Schedule

* Full-time position
*6:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST (Night Operations Shift)
*Morning Shift in the Philippines**
* Must be available weekends and holidays when scheduled

Core Responsibilities

* Manage guest communication and Airbnb inbox messages
* Send check-in instructions and verify guest requirements
* Monitor guest check-ins and check-outs
* Coordinate cleaners and maintenance teams
* Update Monday.com operational trackers (Verification, QC, Supplies, Maintenance)
* Manage Hostaway updates and reservation records
* Categorize transactions in QuickBooks
* Assist with Airbnb resolution cases and claims documentation

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

* Proven experience in Airbnb / STR / Property Management operations
* Experience using PMS tools such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, or similar
* Experience with Monday.com or structured task management systems
* Strong written English communication skills
* Stable high-speed internet connection
* Quiet and professional work environment
* Reliable laptop/desktop setup
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail and operational discipline

BIG PLUS (Preferred Experience)
* QuickBooks experience (transaction categorization)
* Airbnb Resolution Center/claims experience
* Operto, smart lock, or Ring camera systems experience
* Experience coordinating cleaners or maintenance teams
* Experience working for U.S.-based companies
