Creative Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Strategist who understands how to create high converting ads for scaling e commerce brands.

This is NOT just an editor role.

You must be able to:
• Create strong ad concepts
• Write high converting hooks and scripts
• Create AI generated videos
• Create high quality static image ads
• Understand direct response marketing
• Understand what makes people buy

Your main responsibility is developing ad creatives that can scale aggressively on Meta.

You will be working on:
• Meta ad creatives
• UGC style ads
• AI generated video ads
• Static image ads
• Creative testing
• New hooks and angles
• Competitor research
• Performance focused creatives

Requirements:
• Experience with scaling brands
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology
• Experience with AI tools for content creation
• Ability to create both videos and statics
• Fast communication
• Fast execution
• Understanding of winning ad structures
