Job Overview:
We're building a 24/7 customer support team for our cryptocurrency exchange. You'll be the first point of contact for our users, helping them with account questions, deposits/withdrawals, trading issues, and verification.
Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries via live chat,
Help users with KYC verification, deposit and withdrawal issues, and trading questions
Escalate technical issues, fraud concerns, and compliance flags to the right team
Maintain high response quality and meet SLA targets
Document common issues and contribute to the help center / FAQ
Work assigned shifts (day, evening, or graveyard)
Requirements:
1+ years of customer support experience (BPO background welcome)
Excellent written English
Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar)
Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and own computer with backup power
Strong attention to detail and patience with frustrated users
Nice to have:
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, fintech, bank, or payment company
Basic understanding of crypto, wallets, and blockchain
Experience handling KYC/AML escalations
Positions Available: 6 (including 1 Team Lead)
