JOB OVERVIEW

I run a fast-growing YouTube channel in the SaaS/software niche with 300K+ monthly views and an active roster of brand partnerships. I close the deals. You run everything after.
Once a sponsorship deal is signed, you own the full delivery — client communication, video pipeline, editor coordination, YouTube publishing, and keeping our project management system organized. This is a full-time remote role for someone who is confident, proactive, and gets things done without being chased.
What you'll do:

Take handoff of signed brand deals and introduce yourself to the client professionally
Send video drafts to clients and manage all back-and-forth communication
Collect client feedback and relay it clearly to the video editors
Follow up internally when things are delayed — nudge editors, flag blockers, keep things moving
Publish finished videos to YouTube following a detailed checklist
Keep ClickUp updated across all active deals — statuses, deadlines, notes
Track invoice status and flag outstanding payments

What I'm looking for:

Strong written English — you'll be talking to software company marketing teams and brand managers
Confident and proactive — if something is stuck you fix it or flag it immediately, you don't wait
AI-first — you use tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster and smarter, but you also use your brain. Not looking for someone who just copy-pastes AI output
Project management experience — you've juggled multiple moving pieces and kept things organized under pressure
Reliable — tasks get done same day, you don't disappear

What you don't need:

YouTube or video editing experience (I'll train you)
Experience in SaaS or tech

How to apply:
Write me a short paragraph in your own words about a time you managed a project with multiple stakeholders and kept it on track when something went wrong. Then tell me what tools you currently use to stay organized. Applications without this will not be considered.
