Good organiser needed for customer support. Attitude beats experience

We are a UK based digital services agency providing creative agencies and businesses with on demand web development and website management services. We need someone to help me better organise and support the delivery of services to our clients.

This role is being created from scratch and is also our first experiment adding a Filipino to our team but we are hoping it will be successful and lead to more. You'll be blazing a trail.

It’s a full time position and we don’t expect you to be working for anybody else while you are employed by us.


You will need to:

-have a great attitude and to ask lots of questions - we will be in this together :-)


What you will do:
Initially you will help with some of the following:

- answering client enquiries, compiling effort estimates (with developers)
- updating tickets with developer progress and estimated completion
- tracking and reporting on activity and time spent on client requests
- developing standards & processes for these activities
- do scheduled website and system checks using a checklist
- compiling client reports

….but don’t worry, we’ll work out how to do things together to start with. Over time you’ll be able to figure things out without needing me so much.

As a new role this is a great opportunity for long term employment and an opportunity to develop your skills and experience and take the role into different directions.

Working Environment:
You will work remotely, covering core business hours. Some overlap with the UK will be required to catch up and answer any questions.

You will be part of our operations team and will be working very closely with our Technical Director so will have lots of opportunity to learn new skills.
