About the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of all marketing activities across the Australian and New Zealand markets. The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, supporting sales growth, driving market education, and increasing customer and installer engagement in the rapidly growing electrification and renewable energy sectors.
This position will manage integrated marketing campaigns across residential, commercial, trade, and government sectors while supporting the company’s broader strategic objectives relating to heat pumps, hot water electrification, decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and smart connected technologies.
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in positioning the business as a premium, trusted, technically advanced, and service-oriented brand within the heat pump and renewable energy industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning across digital, trade, and customer channels.
• Manage digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, social media, CRM, and lead generation campaigns.
• Support trade marketing initiatives for installers, distributors, builders, and partners.
• Develop technical and customer-focused marketing content, product launches, and training materials.
• Oversee customer engagement, retention, and CRM campaigns.
• Coordinate events, PR activities, webinars, trade shows, and industry partnerships.
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in marketing management
• Experience in renewable energy, HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, sustainability, building products or related technical industries
• Strong digital marketing, CRM, and campaign management experience
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Experience managing agencies and multiple projects
