What You’ll Do:
• Contact property owners by phone
• Explain potential surplus fund claims
• Collect basic client information
• Send intake forms and documents
• Follow up with leads
• Maintain professional communication with clients

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Comfortable on the phone
• Basic computer and email skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Sales or collections experience is a plus but not required
