ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Processing Assistant to help manage a repeating data pipeline. The work is straightforward and process-driven - you'll follow a clear step-by-step workflow every time, making it easy to get into a rhythm once trained. In addition, This is a part-time role at 2 hours per day, ideal as a side role or alongside other commitments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Log into internal platforms and input data accurately following provided SOPs
Download output files and run them through an AI cleaning tool (full training provided)
Re-upload cleaned files and repeat the cleaning process as required
Maintain file naming conventions and folder organisation
Flag any errors or inconsistencies to the team lead promptly
Complete daily batches within the 2-hour window
Be able to use the software GoHighLevel to onboard clients.


REQUIREMENTS

-Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed
-Comfortable following step-by-step processes and SOPs
-Reliable internet connection and a working computer
-Able to work independently and communicate progress clearly
-Basic computer literacy (uploading/downloading files, using web-based tools)
-Experience with data entry or virtual assistant work is a plus, but not required
-Basic AI competency - experience with Claude is preferred
-GoHighLevel Experience - STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

WHAT WE OFFER

$4/hr — approximately (10 hrs a week)
Only 2 hours of work per day - great alongside other commitments
Clear, repeatable workflow with full onboarding and training provided
This role has a lot of capacity to grow - to 20 or even 30 hours.
