Sales Representative

About the Role

The Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle. This role focuses on prospecting, lead qualification, customer engagement, and coordinating meetings with internal stakeholders in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and qualify potential business clients through outbound and inbound channels.
- Conduct B2B lead research and prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
- Execute outreach campaigns via phone and email, including consistent follow-ups to nurture leads
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate product or service information
- Manage objections and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and organize data using Notion
- Coordinate meetings between qualified business prospects and the Program Director, ensuring smooth handoffs
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in sales, B2B sales, lead generation, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and consistent follow-up activities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools (e.g., Notion)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused mindset
