Customer Service For E-commerce Brand

You will be working on 2 e-commerce brands.

Himoriwabi Couture and Feng Shui Master Xu.

Who We're Looking For:
A reliable, attentive, full-time customer service rep who can handle a high volume of email tickets across
two Shopify stores, process returns and exchanges inside our policy, and proactively grow our Trustpilot
rating. You'll be the only CS person, reporting directly to the owners — so we need someone we can trust
to make sensible decisions without constant supervision.

This will be a long-term role. Our previous customer service rep was with us for longer than 1 year, but her performance declined and we had to let her go.
