JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Credit Repair / Credit Ops VA Needed

I’m looking for an experienced Credit Repair / Credit Ops VA to help with the backend of my credit repair business.

This is part-time to start: 6–10 hours per week, with room to grow as the business grows.

You must have real hands-on credit repair experience. I am looking for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs closely.

Main Tasks
Review 3-bureau credit reports
Identify inaccurate or inconsistent reporting
Prepare factual dispute letters
Track dispute rounds and bureau deadlines
Organize client files and missing documents
Help with inquiry removals, collections, charge-offs, bankruptcies, and repossessions
Assist with CFPB/FTC/BBB complaints when appropriate
Protect confidential client information
Required Experience

Experience with some of the following is preferred:

Credit Repair Cloud
DisputeFox
Client Dispute Manager
IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, or MyScoreIQ
LetterStream, Postalocity, or ClickSend
Inquiry removals
Bankruptcy disputes
Repossession disputes
Factual disputes
CFPB complaints
Secondary bureau freezes
Important Requirements
Must have employer reviews or proven work history on OnlineJobs.ph
Must be available for 6–10 hours per week
Must be comfortable with a short skills test
Must follow SOPs exactly
Must communicate clearly and meet deadlines
Must not use fake documents, false identity theft claims, credit sweeps, or risky dispute tactics
