VA Media Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Project Coordination
REPORTS TO: CEO
WORK HOURS, Part-time: Monday-Friday, 8PM-11PM, Mountain Time. 10-20 hours/week
STARTING SALARY: $5 per hour
POTENTIAL SALARY: $500-$700 / Month

Job Summary
Manage, organize, and upload photos and other media on a daily basis. Follow up with the editing team on project status when necessary. Maintain communication with the admin team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Make sure all deliverables have been submitted on time by photographers
Work directly with editing teams when submitting projects
Quality Control for Deliverables (Photos, Videos, 3D Tours)
Communicate with Admin team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to take on several tasks at once.
EXTREME attention to detail.
Excellent English speaking and written.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience.
Proficient with Google G Suite and word processing software.
Fast learner and willing to learn
