Automation Architect — GoHighLevel, n8n & AI Agents

We are looking for a highly capable GoHighLevel Specialist with strong experience in n8n workflow automation, AI agents, and Hermes-based automation systems.

This is not a basic CRM admin role.

You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and improving high-throughput automation systems across lead generation, sales follow-up, CRM workflows, client onboarding, internal operations, reporting, and AI-assisted business processes.

The right person is technical, creative, fast, self-directed, and able to solve messy business problems using automation, AI, and strong systems thinking.

Core Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

Build and manage advanced GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, automations, campaigns, forms, calendars, tags, triggers, and reporting.
Design and deploy n8n workflows that connect GoHighLevel with external tools, APIs, databases, webhooks, Google Workspace, email, SMS, forms, sheets, CRMs, and AI systems.
Build AI-powered automation workflows using tools such as Hermes, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar agentic systems.
Create automations that reduce manual work, improve lead conversion, speed up response times, and increase operational output.
Diagnose broken workflows, failed triggers, webhook issues, API errors, poor prompt logic, and data flow problems.
Turn business goals into clean automation architecture without needing every step spoon-fed.
Document workflows clearly so other tea ---------- mbers can understand and maintain them.
Continuously improve systems based on performance, bottlenecks, and real-world usage.
Required Experience

You must have proven hands-on experience with:

GoHighLevel automation builds beyond basic setup.
n8n workflows, webhooks, conditional logic, API calls, error handling, and data mapping.
AI automation using LLMs, agents, prompt chains, structured outputs, memory/context systems, or tool-calling workflows.
Hermes or similar agent platforms.
CRM architecture, lead pipelines, tagging systems, segmentation, appointment booking, and follow-up automations.
API documentation, JSON, HTTP requests, webhooks, and integration troubleshooting.
Building systems that actually work in live business environments.
Strong Advantage

You will stand out if you have experience with:

Self-hosted n8n.
Hermes Agent, Claude Code, OpenAI Assistants, Relevance AI, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Supabase, or Retool.
GoHighLevel SaaS mode or agency account structures.

Facebook lead ads, landing pages, funnels, appointment booking, and lead nurturing.
AI sales assistants, inbound lead qualification, missed-call text-back systems, reactivation campaigns, and referral automations.
Fitness, health, professional services, agency, or local business automation.
This Role Is Not For You If

You have only watched tutorials but have not built live systems.
You only know basic GoHighLevel funnels or simple workflows.
You cannot troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, or failed automations.
You need detailed instructions for every step.
You cannot explain your automation decisions clearly.
You rely entirely on templates and cannot creatively solve new problems.
You are uncomfortable working with AI tools, agents, prompts, and fast-changing automation technology.
What Success Looks Like

Within the first 30–60 days, you should be able to:

Audit our existing GoHighLevel setup and identify bottlenecks.
Build or improve lead capture, follow-up, booking, and nurture workflows.
Connect GoHighLevel with n8n and external systems.
Create AI-assisted workflows that improve response speed and team productivity.
Reduce manual admin work.
Improve lead-to-booking conversion.
Produce clean workflow documentation.
Suggest better ways to automate, not just complete assigned tasks.
