Grant Research & Application Assistant

About The Position
I am a mature senior business owner in the United States currently building several long-term projects involving beauty consulting, ecommerce, grants, digital products, and online business development through:

business funding initiatives
entrepreneur educational communities.
I am seeking someone honest, patient, organized, dependable, and willing to grow long-term with my business.
I am looking for someone who:
speaks and communicates in English very well,
professional
has strong communication skills,
can confidently represent the company when needed,
comfortable and have patience assisting a mature senior business owner in the US.
This is NOT simply a one-time project position.
I would like to build a long-term working relationship with someone trustworthy, loyal, flexible, and willing to learn and grow with the company over time.
About The Grant Position
The primary responsibility of this role is assisting with:
grant research, [ most grants will be provided]
reviewing grant qualifications,
matching grants to our business profile,
editing and critiquing grant applications,
removing overly “AI sounding” wording,
organizing submissions,
monitoring deadlines,
and maintaining accurate tracking records.
I will be providing the majority of the grant opportunities to review and apply for.
Most of the grant writing materials have already been created.
Your role will primarily involve:
reviewing,
editing,
organizing,
proofreading,
critiquing,
improving communication,
and assisting with submission preparation.
I prefer creative and natural writing over robotic AI-generated wording, although AI assistance and AI tools are welcomed when used professionally and properly.
Learn and apply Grant Mastery Community video’s by reviewing learning material and attending online
Part of this position requires learning and understanding the systems and training provided through:
Coach K’s Grant Mastery Community for Businesses & Entrepreneurs
This program provides:
grant opportunities,
entrepreneur education,
training videos,
grant guidance,
AI tools,
and funding strategies.
The candidate must be willing to:
study the training material,
review the instructional videos,
follow Coach K’s protocols and guidance,
and assist with properly preparing and submitting grant applications according to the training provided.
The goal is to effectively help locate, organize, apply for, and win grant funding opportunities.
IMPORTANT:
No grant applications are to be submitted without my review and approval first.
Communication and organization are extremely important.
Main Responsibilities
Review grant qualifications and eligibility
Match grants to our business profile
Edit and critique grant applications
Humanize and improve written content
Assist with application submissions
Monitor deadlines and follow-up dates
Organize spreadsheets and grant tracking systems
Maintain organized records and documentation
Assist with professional email communication
Follow detailed instructions carefully
Learn and follow Coach K’s training systems
Skills & Qualifications Preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Strong written communication
Professional and presentable personality
Grant writing or grant assistance experience preferred
Strong proofreading and editing skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning new systems and platforms
Familiar with Google Docs, spreadsheets, Canva, and online research
Ability to communicate professionally with funding organizations
Honest, dependable, and trustworthy
Patient and flexible personality
Comfortable working with a mature senior business owner
Schedule & Pay weekly
Approximately 4 hours per week
Starting pay: $3 per hour
Paid weekly
Flexible startup schedule
Some weeks may require more activity than others depending on grant deadlines and project development.

30-day trial basis
The purpose of the trial period is to determine:
compatibility,
communication,
reliability,
professionalism,
learning ability,
and long-term fit.
