Sales & Executive Assistant

Apex Guardian Services is a growing premium security and executive protection company operating across Australia and expanding into Dubai.

We are looking for a hungry, organised and switched on Sales & Executive Assistant to work directly alongside company leadership to help grow the business.

This role is heavily focused on sales support, lead generation, outreach and relationship management, while also assisting with light administration and day to day business support.

This is not a passive admin role.
We want someone proactive, fast, organised and driven.

Your Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
* Researching and building lead databases
* Prospecting businesses and decision makers
* Sending outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
* Following up leads and maintaining CRM systems
* Booking meetings and calls
* Assisting with proposals and capability statements
* Researching target industries and companies
* Helping identify partnership opportunities

Marketing & Brand Support
* Assisting with social media scheduling
* Uploading blogs and website content
* Organising marketing material
* Assisting with personal brand content

Executive & Admin Support
* Assisting directors with scheduling and organisation
* Organising documents and reports
* General admin support
* Helping coordinate day to day operational tasks where required

What We Are Looking For
* Strong English communication skills
* Highly organised and detail oriented
* Confident using Google Workspace, Canva, spreadsheets and CRMs
* Able to work independently
* Fast learner
* Professional attitude
* Sales mindset and strong initiative
* Experience in lead generation or virtual assistant work preferred

Bonus Skills
* Experience with LinkedIn outreach
* Experience using Canva
* Social media experience
* Knowledge of security industry or luxury brands
* Experience supporting founders or directors
