We help financial service professionals grow their income by offering business financing directly to their clients. Through our training and lender network, our partners earn commissions while providing more value to their customers.
Now we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Appointment Setter to help us manage our leads and keep our calendar full.
What You’ll Do
Call, text, and
Reconnect with past leads to revive opportunities.
Keep track of every lead so none slip through the cracks.
Update CRM tags, reminders, and notes.
Report daily on how many contacts were made and appointments booked.
Major Bonus: Experience with Close CRM or other sales CRMs.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead follow-up.
Comfortable on the phone and confident in English (spoken and written).
Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up habits.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $600–$800 USD/month (negotiable based on experience).
Performance bonuses for booked and completed appointments.
100% remote — work from anywhere.
Training provided on Close CRM and our sales process.
Long-term growth potential (move into senior CRM or sales operations roles).
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (flexible with overlap in US hours).
