Cold calling Representative

In the US mortgage refinancing space, the initial intake call is a high-speed qualification process where you act as a strict gatekeeper. Your job is to:

Control & Gather: Lead the conversation to efficiently extract key financial data.
Qualify: Filter out unfeasible leads early in the process.
Value-Add: Build high perceived value for the homeowner.
Transfer: Handoff qualified leads to a senior specialist.
Requirements:
Equipment: Laptop , headset and a stable internet connection.
Skills: English speaking and communication abilities.
Strict Availability: Do not apply if you are not 100% available during this shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 01:00 AM to 07:00 AM (PHT).
Salary: $550 + Performance bonuses.
