Your responsibilities:
Respond to customer
Help customers with order tracking, refunds, exchanges, and general questions
Resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Work closely with the team to improve customer experience
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Stable internet connection
Able to work independently and respond quickly
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools is a bonus
