JOB OVERVIEW

Answer emails to customers during the work week hours. (primary task)
Depending on the request from the customer follow through with changing orders, placing their account on hold. (This will be a quick walk though, or even video can be provided on how to do each item)
Write newsletter every other Thursday and upload it to blog (less then 500 words)
Schedule meetings and events (takes me less then 1 hour per week)
Organize employee times and communication (currently only 2 employees this would take maybe 1 hour a week)
Various small items I need help finishing either finding people's contact infos, organizing our online documents, etc...
