JOB OVERVIEW

Office & Admin(VA) Job Responsibilities:
Supports operations by product information, websites management, records, data entry.
eBay store management and list/SEO, Amazon account management and list/SEO and completes special projects.
Job Duties:
• Maintains records by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records.
• Accomplishes project results by communicating and coordinating requirements;
• Reception and Customer Service.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends.
• Data entry to accounting system, catalog, website and marketing materials.
• Undertakes any other task, as necessary, to assist the COMPANY OFFICER and warehouse Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
Supply Management, Informing Others, Tracking Project and Expenses, Managing Processes, Supervision, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Reporting Skills.
Computer Skills: MS Office, Other necessary office software and online searching, sales and marketing.
