About the Role
We are hiring one full-time editor to own daily short-form content across multiple brands. You will take raw live footage (one to two hours per day) and turn it into 20 to 30 short-form clips, plus quick trend videos as opportunities come up. You will also own the daily posting schedule across TikTok and Instagram.
You will work directly with the founder. If you do well, you grow with us as we scale output across our portfolio.
What You Will Do

Edit 20 to 30 vertical short-form clips per day from one to two hours of live footage
Produce quick reactive trend videos on TikTok and Reels
Own a daily posting calendar across TikTok and Instagram
Write captions and hooks that match each brand's voice
Track each piece of footage from raw to edited to scheduled to posted

Must Have

Strong short-form vertical video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci
Comfortable using AI editing tools (CapCut auto tools, Opus Clip, Descript, or similar) to slice long live footage into many short clips quickly
Solid grasp of current TikTok and Reels trends and formats
Ability to adapt to multiple brand voices and switch between them cleanly
Ability to own a daily posting schedule without being reminded
Good written English for captions and hooks
Reliable daily availability and fast response time

Bonus

TikTok Shop or direct to consumer e commerce content experience
Experience editing for more than one brand or client at a time

Compensation
600 to 1,200 USD per month for a solid full-time editor, 1,200 to 2,000 USD per month for a senior editor who can self direct and own the schedule. We will land your rate based on your portfolio and how you perform in the next step of the process.
