JOB TITLE
Client Success Coordinator — Real Estate SaaS Platform (Canada/Australia)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We run a digital platform for real estate agents in Canada and Australia. Our platform generates leads for agents and provides them with tools to manage and convert those leads into clients. We're a growing team looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Client Success Coordinator to help our agents get set up, stay on track, and get the most out of the platform.
This is a long-term role with real responsibility. You won't be doing mindless data entry — you'll be managing real relationships and helping real estate agents succeed.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Onboarding new agents — guiding them through profile setup, ensuring everything is complete before their first lead arrives
Running check-in calls and
Monitoring an agent health dashboard and flagging agents who are at risk (low engagement, no lead contact, incomplete profiles)
Sending personalized follow-up
Troubleshooting platform issues and escalating anything that needs technical support
Keeping internal records updated — tracking agent status, renewal dates, and activity notes
Executing a documented system — this role follows a clear playbook, so you'll need to be good at following a process consistently, not improvising
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves:
Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be
Strong attention to detail — missing a check-in or letting something fall through the cracks has real consequences
Experience in a customer success, virtual assistant, or account management role (at least 1 year)
Comfortable working in CRM platforms, Google Sheets/Docs, and
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
Available to work Canadian business hours — this means your shift will be evenings Philippines time (approximately 8pm–4am PHT). Please only apply if you are genuinely comfortable with this schedule.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in real estate, PropTech, or a similar industry
Experience working with North American or Australian clients
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Go High Level, Slack, or similar
WHAT THIS IS NOT
This is not a sales role — you won't be cold calling or pitching anyone
This is not a one-time project — we're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company
This is not a role for someone who needs constant supervision — we need someone who takes ownership
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, aligned to Canadian business hours (evenings PHT)
Salary: $1,400 CAD/month (~$55,000–$57,000 PHP/month), paid weekly
Setup: Work from home — we'll provide the tools and training
Start: As soon as possible
HOW TO APPLY:
Important: All applicants must include a short video introduction to be considered.
To ensure your application is evaluated, please answer the following three questions. Submissions missing a video or these answers will not be reviewed.
1. Describe a time you managed multiple client relationships at once — how did you stay organized and make sure nothing fell through the cracks?
2. What time zone are you in, and are you genuinely available to work evenings (8:00 PM – midnight PHT or later)?
3. What tools have you used to manage client communication or track customer activity?
Include the word "Mango" in your subject so we know you fully read this application.
Good luck!
