Experienced Amazon OA / Wholesale Product Sourcer (Full-Time)

I run a growing Amazon reselling business currently doing approximately $200k/month in revenue, and I’m looking to hire an experienced full-time product sourcer to help scale the business further.

Right now my team consists of:
- myself
- 2 VA’s
- 1 full-time prepper

We are continuing to grow quickly, and sourcing profitable products is currently the biggest bottleneck in the business.

I am specifically looking for someone EXPERIENCED with Amazon OA/wholesale sourcing who already understands:
- Keepa
- SellerAmp
- ROI calculations
- sales rank / velocity
- competition analysis
- supplier sourcing
- online arbitrage fundamentals

This is NOT an entry-level role. Experience is required.

I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sourcing and digging deep to find strong opportunities.

I am specifically looking for:
- scalable opportunities
- higher-profit opportunities
- strong monthly sales volume
- deeper supplier/product research
- people willing to dig for bigger wins

Some days you may find very few leads — and that’s completely okay if the leads are strong.

One solid lead can sometimes generate thousands in revenue and profit over time.

# Main Supplier Focus

Current areas of focus/growth:
- Home Depot (VERY important)
- Ryobi products
- Best Buy
- Dick’s Sporting Goods

If you already have experience sourcing Home Depot/Ryobi products, that is a huge plus and exactly the type of experience I’m looking for.

I’ve recently been scaling heavily with Ryobi products and believe there is still massive additional opportunity there.

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Approximately 8 hours/day
- 6 days/week
- Flexible schedule is okay
- Strong communication is REQUIRED

Results and consistency matter more than strict clock-in times.

- $4/hour base pay

Training / Direction:

You must already have sourcing experience, but we will still work closely together initially to align on strategy and direction.

There will likely be regular Zoom calls during the first couple weeks while we dial in exactly what types of opportunities we are targeting.

I am looking for someone long-term that can continue growing with the business.
