EVENT COORDINATOR — Nightly Charity Events Inc.

SCHEDULE
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time, 5 days/week. Show-day availability required on event nights.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join the Nightly Charity Events team. You'll own the full event production cycle — from booking artists and securing venues to closing out each show and reconciling settlements. This is a high-ownership, fast-moving role that sits at the center of everything we do.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Talent buying & contracting — Manage end-to-end artist booking across all Nightly shows: research, pricing, offer negotiation, and contract close-out.
- Venue booking & production logistics — Secure venues and coordinate all technical, vendor, and production requirements across multiple concurrent events.
- Show day guest list coordination — Be on standby during shows for guest confirmations and conduct hourly check-ins with the operations lead.
- Post-show settlement & reconciliation — Close out each event by reconciling ticket counts, artist guarantees and bonuses, and ensuring timely settlement.

Reports to Hazel Flores. Weekly team alignments + bi-weekly 1:1s.
