Part-Time Appointment Setter for High-Ticket Coaching Brand (Identity-Level Voice Required)

The Subconscious Muse is a coaching practice for CEOs and founders ($1K–$50K offers). Our outreach is literary — we name patterns, we don't pitch, we don't use guru language. I need a setter who can carry that voice.

You'll handle:

40 LinkedIn connection requests per weekday (~200/week) to a defined ICP
200–300 follow-up DMs across 4–6 message sequences
Pipeline tracking, 3–5 qualified discovery calls booked per week
Weekly Friday recap

You are:

1+ year of outreach experience (coaches/consultants/agencies)
A real writer — full sentences, considered word choice, no buzzwords
Self-managed, process-respectful, structurally honest
Comfortable with self-reported hours (no surveillance software)

Comp:

$10/hr USD. First 4 weeks (calibration): capped at $100/week (~10 hrs/week). After: part-time, hours vary. Commission stack: 15% on coaching closes ($25K–$50K) + 20% on community tier ($1K–$2.5K), 14-day attribution. Strong year-one math: $80K–$120K, almost all from commission.

Start date: week of June 8, 2026. Remote, part-time. US-friendly hours preferred.
