JOB OVERVIEW

Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (based on experience and skill set)
Rate: $4 – $6 USD per hour (based on experience and skill set)
Schedule: Flexible, with overlap during US business hours
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a versatile, AI-fluent multimedia specialist to support content creation and marketing execution across several of our businesses. This is not a single-brand role. The ideal candidate can context-switch between different brands, tones, and audiences while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Your primary focus will be executing content, video editing, and multimedia production. A strong working knowledge of Meta's paid advertising ecosystem is highly valued and will increase both your hourly rate and your hours.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute end-to-end content creation across multiple brands (short-form video, graphics, static posts, carousels)
Edit video content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube)
Support content ideation, scripting, and concept development
Manage content calendars, scheduling, and lead-time planning across brands
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, etc.) to improve efficiency and output quality
Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity per business
Collaborate with the team on campaign timelines and asset delivery


HIGHLY VALUED (INCREASES RATE & HOURS)
Experience with Meta's advertising infrastructure:


Facebook
Business Suite & Meta Business Manager
Ads Manager (campaign setup, audiences, creative testing)
Meta Pixel installation and troubleshooting
Datasets and event configuration
Conversion API (CAPI) setup and understanding


REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)
Confident, daily use of AI tools to accelerate workflow
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Reliable internet connection and capable workstation


NICE TO HAVE

Experience with scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
Copywriting experience for social media
Basic motion graphics or animation
Podcast or long-form video editing
Experience working with multiple clients or brands at once
