We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant with a strong focus on employee onboarding and full employee lifecycle support, while also assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. Check out the Great Place to Work link! ---------- /certified-company/ ---------- The HR Assistant will support day-to-day Human Resources operations with an emphasis on new hire onboarding, employee records management, compliance administration, and full-cycle recruitment support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and capable of maintaining strong communication in a fully remote work environment.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:
• Coordinate and manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive new hire experience.
• Conduct and monitor pre-employment background checks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Prepare and distribute orientation materials, onboarding packets, and new hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records in HRIS systems.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including documentation updates, status changes, and offboarding coordination.
• Assist with HR compliance audits, including employment records, I-9 documentation, and background screening requirements.
• Ensure employee data accuracy through regular updates and data entry in HR systems.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job posting through hiring.
• Create and manage job postings across online recruitment platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct virtual candidate interviews and screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to support staffing needs and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment activity within HRIS/ATS platforms (experience with Paylocity is a plus).
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates through email, phone, video conferencing, and messaging platforms.

HR Administrative Support:
• Provide general HR administrative support, including filing, document preparation, reporting, and data management.
• Assists with communications which may include: phone system, memo's, answers incoming calls, documents and disseminates appropriate messages.
• Support special HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Experience healthcare, home health, hospice, or high-volume recruitment environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems.
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment, HR administration, or employee lifecycle processes preferred.
• Experience with Indeed, Paylocity, or similar ATS/HRIS platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
