Operations & Project Management Functions
Create, manage, and proactively communicate detailed timelines, milestones, and workflows for active client cases (e.g., estate administration, corporate structuring). Utilize Microsoft Project and related tools (Planner, Teams) to plan and monitor internal firm projects and deadlines. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in BI tools (such as Power BI) to visualize case progress and firm performance metrics. Maintain clear records of client communications, action items, and status updates to ensure team alignment. Document and help optimize standard operating procedures for client intake and matter management. Prepare regular internal reports and client-facing status updates.

Core Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school (Philippine or international). Active Bar membership (Philippines or US) is a strong advantage. Minimum of 4-5 years of combined experience in paralegal work, legal research, and/or project coordination. In-depth knowledge of US legal systems with familiarity with California state law highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office suite. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Excel). Demonstrated ability to create and manage interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Willingness to work during US Pacific Time (PST/PDT) business hours.

Preferred Experience
Background in litigation, corporate law, family law, bankruptcy law, or estate administration under US/California jurisdiction. Experience working remotely for a US-based law firm or legal outsourcing company. Certifications in Project Management (CAPM, PMP) or Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau).
