Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary bridge between prospective companies and WPSpins LLC. Ensure we hear and address their specific technical pain points.
• Identify small to medium businesses and startups that rely on WordPress. Introduce them to our product. Run targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns. Reach these prospects via emails and phone calls.
• Lead engaging remote video demo calls for prospects. Walk them through the software capabilities. Discuss their basic plugin and feature needs. Close sales with a helpful and consultative approach.
• Translate client needs to our internal development team. Ensure seamless onboarding, product feedback, and post-sale support. Foster a trusting relationship with every client.

Qualifications
• A solid working knowledge of WordPress is ideal.
• Basic understanding of WP plugins and general website functions.
• Clear empathy for the common challenges small businesses face.
• Proven experience in remote sales, business development, or conducting software demo calls.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection perfectly suited for clear video calls.
