Looking for a full time Project Manager

Ecom Maven is a boutique web design and e-commerce agency building high-converting Shopify and Webflow sites for brands in wellness, luxury services, and consumer products. Our in-house team moves fast - and we need a project manager who can keep multiple client builds on track without things falling through the cracks.

What you'll own

Managing timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple active client projects

Coordinating between our designers, developers, and clients - keeping everyone aligned and unblocked

Handling client communication - status updates, revision rounds, feedback collection, launch prep

Setting up and maintaining project workflows in Asana or ClickUp

Flagging scope creep, managing expectations, and keeping projects on budget

What we're looking for

Prior experience managing projects at a digital or creative agency

Comfortable with Shopify and/or Webflow project workflows (you don't need to build - but you should understand how they work)

Proficient in Asana, ClickUp, or a similar PM tool

Strong written communicator - you can write a clear client update without being hand-held

Able to manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball

Nice to have

Experience with e-commerce brands, wellness or luxury clients, or managing builds that involve custom animations and third-party integrations.
