Growth Factor AI is a Nashville-based digital marketing and automation agency. We build systems that help businesses stop winging it. WordPress, SEO, paid ads, AI agents, and deep GHL automation. Automate Everything.
We're lean and fast. We close deals, we don't chase them. If you want to sell something people actually need and get paid when you do, this is that.

THE ROLE

We need a Sales Rep who can pick up the phone, have a real conversation, and turn cold small business owners into paying clients. You'll be doing outbound outreach, working leads through a sales flow, and helping us build and refine the systems that make that process repeatable. This is not a technical role, but if you have technical chops on top of your sales skills, that's a serious bonus. First and foremost, you need to be a people person who sounds like one.

HOURS

Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CDT. That is the job. Those are the hours. You are on and you are working during that window, no exceptions.

WHAT YOU NEED

Communication (This Is the Core Skill)

Clear, natural, conversational English with little to no accent -- this is non-negotiable
Warm, professional phone presence that puts people at ease immediately
You listen more than you talk and you know why that matters
You handle objections without getting rattled and without sounding scripted

Sales

Cold outreach experience: calls, emails, DMs -- you know how to open a conversation
Ability to qualify a lead fast and move on when it's not the right fit
You understand a sales funnel and where each conversation fits inside it
Experience selling to small business owners is a strong plus
You can explain websites, SEO, and digital marketing in plain language without jargon

Systems Thinking

You have ideas on how a sales flow should work and you share them
You document your outreach, your conversations, and your follow-ups without being told
You are comfortable working inside a CRM and keeping it clean
Technical background in sales automation or GHL is a bonus, not a requirement

People who treat CRM updates as optional
People who disappear and reappear with excuses


COMPENSATION
Base pay plus commission potential for the right candidate. Rate based on experience. Commission structure unlocks as you close. The better you perform, the more you make. Simple as that.
