We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Immigration / Legal Assistant to support our Canadian immigration team with LMIA applications, recruitment tracking, client communication, and document management.

What You’ll Do
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the LMIA process
• Provide timely updates and follow up with clients regarding documentation and application status
• Assist with preparing LMIA forms, support letters, and submission packages
• Coordinate document collection and ensure files are complete before submission
• Track recruitment activities, submission deadlines, and application timelines
• Maintain organized records within internal systems and portals
• Prepare files for final review and submission by the Immigration Team Lead
• Support additional immigration and administrative tasks as required

• Immigration firms
• Law firms
• HR or recruitment agencies
• Executive or administrative support roles

Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional and client-focused attitude
• Comfortable learning new systems and software
• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup

Nice to Have
• Experience with Canadian immigration processes (LMIA, work permits, PR applications)
• Experience using CRM or case management systems
• Paralegal diploma or Immigration Consultant coursework/program
