Appointment Setter / SDR + Inbox Manager VA (Warm Leads) - $1,400/mo + Bonus

WHAT THIS IS

We're a US lead-generation agency. You work warm leads only (people who already replied to our campaigns, not cold lists). You reply to them as our client, get them interested, and book a call.

It's a real seat with a clear path: do well in the first month and you're hired long-term, with more work and higher pay.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Reply to people who answered our emails, fast and in plain, friendly English.
- Get the good ones to agree to a quick call.
- From Week 3, call those warm leads and book meetings, then send a short follow-up.

THE PAY (SIMPLE)
- $8/hour base = $1,400/month full-time.
- Plus $35 for every qualified call you book that shows up. No cap.
- Solid setters land around $15/hour (about $2,600/month). The more real meetings you book, the more you make.
- Paid on time, every time. We'll set the schedule with you.
