Vending Business VA — Cold Outreach & Location Research (10–15 hrs/wk, growing to 20+)

Relentless Vending is a fast-growing US-based vending machine business. We place vending machines in offices, gyms, warehouses, auto shops, hotels, and medical buildings. Our goal is to grow from a few machines today to 20+ machines in the next 12 months, and we are building a small remote team to make that happen.

• Build and maintain a list of 200+ target locations in our service area, including business name, address, decision-maker name, phone number, and email.
• Make 30–50 outbound cold calls per week to small business owners and property managers.
• Send follow-up texts and emails to no-answers using templates we provide (you will help us improve them over time).
• Book in-person appointments for our US-based team to visit the location.
• Update our CRM (Google Sheet) after every call — every conversation gets a note.
• Send a short daily report at the end of shift: dials made, conversations had, meetings booked, problems hit.

• Excellent spoken English — clear, friendly, neutral accent. We will hear you on a sample call before hiring.
• Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
• A noise-canceling headset and a working webcam.
• Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B outbound (please tell us which).
• Comfort with Google Sheets as a CRM tool.
• Ability to work 4 hours per day during US business hours, Monday through Friday (we will agree on a window — typically 8 AM to 12 PM US Central, which is 9 PM to 1 AM Manila).
