About Us:

We are a law firm based in Florida. We have an existing Personal Injury website that needs to be built out and expanded to increase our online presence and lead generation.


The Opportunity:

We're seeking a talented WordPress Developer with strong SEO expertise to expand and optimize our existing Personal Injury website. This is a strategic project that requires someone who can build efficiently, implement SEO best practices, and work collaboratively with our existing team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Expand and build out our existing WordPress-based Personal Injury law firm website
• Implement SEO best practices and Google EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) optimization
• Coordinate with our current SEO specialist to strategically migrate Personal Injury content from our main site to the dedicated PI site
• Create and optimize landing pages, service pages, and blog content
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast page load speeds
• Implement Schema markup and technical SEO elements
• Optimize images and create graphics as needed (Canva/AI tools acceptable)
• Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization
• Build the site in strategic phases to allow continuous improvements while maintaining live status

Required Skills & Experience:

* Strong WordPress development experience (theme customization, plugin management, page builders)
* Proven SEO knowledge (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO)
* Experience with Schema markup implementation
* Page speed optimization expertise
*Mobile-first responsive design
* Graphic design skills (Canva or AI tools acceptable)
* Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.)
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Proactive problem-solver
* Use Timeproof

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with law firm or professional services websites
• Knowledge of legal industry SEO
• Experience with conversion rate optimization
• Familiarity with local SEO strategies


Position Details:

• Type: Initially this will be a full-time role but move to a part-time role after the site is migrated.
• Hours: Flexible, but must be able to coordinate with US-based team
• Duration: Ongoing project to expand site, with potential for long-term maintenance and continuous development
• Work Style: Independent with regular check-ins and coordination with our SEO specialist

Important Note:

The bones of our new website have been built out , We're looking for someone who can strategically expand it by adding new pages, optimizing existing content, and continuously improving the site while it remains live and generating traffic.

• How do you typically communicate project updates with clients?
• How comfortable are you coordinating with another SEO specialist on content migration?
• What project management or communication tools do you use?

8. Just for fun:
