Im looking for Virtual Assistant for Payroll

Basically I want my VA to be Able to do all Payroll and handle training for every new employee
that is added to our team. Handle all my employees hours not only that I want them to be able to train teach and motivate our workers to be the best. I need them to know how manage all employees not only that they will be able to fire and hire the ones that go Astray from the job.

Job Duties:
-Ability to manage, direct and mentor payroll staff
-Ability to work closely with senior and executive level management on confidential matters
-Strong track record of leading and managing global company payroll organizations
-Ability to research and resolve complex technical payroll tax matters
-Skills and Knowledge Required
-Technical and comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing
-10-15 years of relevant experience
-Ability to manage multiple accounting projects involving internal and external staff and consultants

More Job Duties:
Analysis:
Complete analysis of loss data, claim reviews, large losses and communicate trends.
Investigate risks, exposures and accidents using root cause analysis.
Review large loss reports to ensure steps for further accident prevention or injury mitigation are put in place.
Training
Provide training to Individual and group captives, product management, and risk managers through Webinars, on- site visits, group or individual presentations, and other meetings where safety may be a topic.
Present or assist with the development of presentations as a subject matter expert at industry seminars, safety workshops, board meetings or other safety meetings.
Provide Risk Management Services orientation to new or prospective accounts/agents.
Be willing to obtain risk management certifications or other designations
Reporting
Ensure on site evaluations are completed professionally and all risk management information is entered into the Risk Management Tracker timely.
Ensure updates on critical recommendations are provided to Risk Management Manager, Product Management, and Sr. Management in accordance with Best Practices.
Provide Risk Management with monthly report regarding critical issues, site visits scheduled/completed, training, and other relevant topics
Projects and Other Duties as Assigned
Participate in projects involving Risk Management
