FULL-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT / VA

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a highly organised, driven, and reliable Personal Assistant / VA to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. You'll work directly with the founder, taking full ownership of admin operations and executive tasks so he can stay focused on growth. This isn't a one-off project — we want someone who's in it for the long run, with consistent hours and a genuine care for doing the work well.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Admin & Operations
— Managing and organising email inboxes (Gmail)
— Calendar management and scheduling
— Daily reporting on ad performance (Meta Ads)
— File, link, and asset organisation
— Small operational updates and general admin tasks
CRM & Automations
— Managing and updating the CRM (Close, GoHighLevel)
— Setting up simple automations using Zapier — full SOPs provided, no experience required
— Maintaining and updating sales dashboards
Client & Customer Management
— Sending contracts when new clients are signed
— Responding to YouTube comments
— Handling customer service emails and complaints
— General inbox follow-ups and client communication
TOOLS YOU'LL USE
Gmail • Meta Ads Manager • GoHighLevel • Close CRM • Zapier • Google Sheets / Docs?Full training and step-by-step SOPs are provided for all tasks. You don't need to know everything on day one — you need to be willing to learn fast.
