I help dad founders build businesses that run without them. Demand is there — I need someone who can fill my calendar with the right conversations.
This role is simple to describe and hard to do well: book qualified calls with founders and business owners through smart, human LinkedIn outreach. Not spray-and-pray. Not copy-paste templates that get ignored. Real messaging that starts real conversations.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end LinkedIn outreach: targeting, messaging, follow-up, booking
- Building and refining lists of ideal-fit prospects
- Testing and improving messaging based on reply and booking rates
- Reporting on what's working with actual numbers
Who I'm looking for:
- 5+ years doing this specifically — LinkedIn outreach, lead gen, or appointment setting
- A track record you can show me: reply rates, calls booked, deals influenced
- Direct experience working with consultants, coaches, or advisory businesses
- Excellent written English — your messages ARE the product
- Self-managing; I want results reported, not tasks supervised
